What data we collect

We process the following categories of data:

• Contact data you provide via our contact form, by email, or by phone: name, work email, company, role, and message.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and date and time (server log files).
• Preferences stored on your device: your theme and language choice, kept in your browser's local storage.

Purposes and legal basis

We process contact data to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you give consent, we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Server log files are processed to keep the website secure and stable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We store only functional preferences, your theme and language, in your browser's local storage. These stay on your device and are not used to track you. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Hosting

This website runs on the servers of a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) who help us operate this website and respond to enquiries, bound by data processing agreements, and where we are required to do so by law.

International transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact welcome@mediasuite.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Croatia this is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
